First Inspection Free
It is an on-site Pre-Production Inspection perform before your production begins, up until 10-15% has been completed. A preliminary inspection as per product samples provided to verify that the factory has ordered correct raw material, components & accessories to be used in your production. We also randomly select and inspect a sample of partially produced products for potential defects/deviations & report our findings to you. If necessary, the factory is provided with the technical advice & corrective measures to improve product quality and to minimize the chance of defects during production. A PPI is the first step in ensuring the quality of your product to be consistent throughout production
DUPRO – DURING PRODUCTION INSPECTIONS/ PRODUCTION FOLLOW UPS
It is an on-site Product Inspection performed during when 20-70% of your production is completed and packed for shipment. This inspection of randomly selected units from all completed batches of your production let you know whether or not your factory is continuing to follow your specifications, and if your production is still on the right track. We will also re-check any defects observed during Pre-Production Inspection and confirm that those have been rectified.

FPSI – FINAL PRE-SHIPMENT INSPECTION
A Pre-Shipment Inspection is the last check before shipment loading into the container. PSI perfumed on random, However CB SOPs based on International standards (ANSI/ASQC Z1.4 (ISO 2859-1) and CB’s Experienced Auditors can identify any con compliant (if exist).
Final Pre shipment Inspection is conducted only after 100% completion of production or as specified by Customer. One we receive information that goods are ready packed & properly stacked for shipment.
CB Inspector use well defined SOP for inspection which are developed in line with International standards and best industry practices. During the course of inspection, CB expert inspector focus on the following point beside any specific instruction by our customer
- Product specification as per Purchase order and/or customer guidelines
- Product dimensions as per guidelines
- Classification of defects , critical, major or minor as per customer criteria
- Functionality
- Color/shades
- Packing of product
- Carton Marking
- Overall Appearance and presentation
- All other point as instructed by customer
Start time and end time of the inspection is recorded through IAuditor and critical response can be notified on real time upon request.
